1. Acceptance

By accessing or using CompromiseLens ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of service

CompromiseLens provides endpoint security assessment software, a cloud dashboard, and related services for detecting indicators of compromise, malware, and misconfigurations on Windows endpoints.

You may only use CompromiseLens on endpoints you own or have explicit written authorisation to scan. You must not:

4. Subscription and payment

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. All prices are in USD. You may cancel at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial periods.

5. Free trial

Free trials are available for eligible plans. One free trial per organisation. We reserve the right to terminate trials at any time.

6. Data and privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of all data generated by your scans.

7. Service availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.

8. Limitation of liability

CompromiseLens is a detection and assessment tool — it does not guarantee detection of all threats. We are not liable for any damages arising from undetected threats, false positives, or service interruptions. Our liability is limited to the amount paid in the 3 months prior to any claim.

9. Intellectual property

All software, algorithms, and content are the property of CompromiseLens. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the Service during your subscription.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, are used fraudulently, or pose a security risk to our infrastructure.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
